One of these forms may become a direct democracy. Technical conditions for implementation of the Union already has. Initially, the work can carry a representation of union, through which public opinion will be transmitted by any authorities. Subsequently, this process can be fully automated. But the decisions taken by modern politicians affect the whole world and the future of mankind as a whole. That is why the alliance can not be limited only within one state. Today, people can communicate and send their views to almost every person on the planet. Union Power in its unity, in engaging the entire humanity to resolve any issues before us today and giving hope that the future of our planet will be good. This unity is based not only on the use of modern technology and the Internet. The main reason is the desire of the soul of every man to the world. And when this desire is a response to other people, comes the harmony and peace.

   Imagine that all those trillions of pieces of human energy we invest in the establishment of the economy based on all available and renewable sources of energy. Let us imagine how many useful things and how much could be established if dramatically reduce the cost of production. This economy must be based on the free movement of goods, services and information that is on the free exchange of energy, and thus on a single planet-wide equivalent of the energy exchange, i.e., a single global currency.
    Access to the inexhaustible and free sources of energy would allow the engine to replace human labor while, at the same time supply people with as the minimum all necessary for survival. This in turn will give us the opportunity to choose how to spend the main resource of our life - time.

    Let us imagine a world in which you can choose what you want to do and not do what you need but you do not want to.

    Let us imagine a world in which you can live anywhere asking no one permission to enter and feel equal among equals.

    Let us imagine a world in which there are no customs, taxes and other restrictions, and where each product or service can be bought for real (not manufactured) value.

    Let us imagine a medicine of health.

    Let us imagine a world where everyone can get the knowledge or skills that he needs in unlimited quantities and to apply them to improve their lives.

    Let us imagine a world in which there is peace.

    Difficult to imagine?

    WHAT WILL THIS ONE NATIVE LAND OF HUMANITY BE?

    First of all everyone is a sovereign individual, self-deciding and self-implementing. And so we must get rid of limiting attitudes such as patriotism (in the sense of commitment to one state), nationalism (in the sense of commitment to one nation), religious (in the sense of commitment to one religion) and learn how to be Earthlings. That does not mean merging into one nation, adopting the same religion, communicate in one language, because it will always be a question - what nation (religion, country) is the best (strong, correct, the oldest, etc.).
    The only nationality in this country is a national Earthling, and each of the Earthlings can choose his nationality, language, religion, exactly the same as place of residence and his choice is not for ever - it can be changed at the request of the bearer. Each of the Earthlings can teach their fellow citizens to his nationality, religion and language.

    This is globalization, but globalization which is not putting a task to win or to suppress economically. Meaning of globalization in our understanding is not the standartization and unification of personally rights, but rather the development of these qualities. And if the national, linguistic or attitudinal characteristics are components of the individual perception of themselves as a unique personality, they should develop. The richer and more diverse the world in which we live, is the broader will be the choice and opportunity offered by this world, wealthier will be each of the inhabitants of this world.
    One of the goals of the State is to provide each of its citizens the necessary basic living standards and first of all access to energy sources. This, in turn, does not mean mandatory economic equality for all. Free competition is the engine of development, provided that the key word in the «free competition» becomes the word «free». Anyone who wants to have more than others can have it, but it will not give him any more (except household) advantages. You can have more delicious meal, you can dress more sophisticated but you can’t eat more than one lunch a day, and to change clothes each ten minutes does not make sense.

    Content Management System by this State is based on the principle of equal access to information and the main function of the new state is just that - creating opportunities for everyone its citizens to bring their information to other citizens. In so doing the State has no monopoly on information, the state has only one-time information delivery capability to all its citizens and linking their needs and suggestions. Therefore, the only type of activity and a single product, which in this state is taxable - is information. It is clear that the funds derived from such a tax should be spent on improving delivery systems of information. Focal point for the filing of information can in principle be fully automated (i.e., completely excluded «human factor»), and every citizen of the state is always in a position to verify it. The basis of the state activity is a principle inherent in all living organisms, namely the principle of self-organization. Every citizen has the right to invite other citizens to their project and information about this project should be immediately delivered. And who will support this project, who will take part in it, and who ignore - this is the right choice of every citizen.

    There have been many attempts to forcibly overthrow the existing system and build a «better» society. What ended this attempt is well known to all. And there is nothing accidental. Prior to the availability of sufficient energy on the planet no any other company, than pyramidal, was viable. Especially since most of these attempts were only a group of people attempting to overthrow the ruling class and take its place. But even those who sincerely believed in the rightness of their cause, poorly imagined the consequences of their actions. The focus has always become the overthrow of the oppressors, and then ... It is well known «then» never came. Therefore, we are principle opponents of any riots, revolutions, and similar ill-actions and our priority is the word «first». Our goal is to create not destroy. That's why we think it is necessary to create a new type of state first, and destroy nothing in the process. What turns out to be Unviable dies by itself.
    The space for the foundation of the state is already established and its name is the Internet. At first glance it may seem strange, but we are not yet aware of (again, due to rigidity in our thinking and attitudes present in it) that the state - is not necessarily the territory and the people who live there. State - is, first of all, people and relations existing between them.  We live in the age where speed of information has increased manifold. With the appropriate technical means information can be delivered simultaneously to the huge number of people. And it is information processing, i.e., laws, rules of conduct, communication, value systems are the strength of association linking people not territory where they live.

    But is it possible the existence of the state without resources, because there is no mineral resources in the Internet? Of course, the existence of the state without necessary resources is not possible. But these resources not necessarily be fossils. The main resource of our state is the intelligence of its citizens. In other words the knowledge, skills and abilities that help us deal with any difficulty. By creating a unified information system, we thereby create a prototype of the collective mind that can think faster and more effectively than any single human mind. Therefore «export» of our nation is solution of problems, and this product is the most rare and expensive of all currently existing in the world.
