Everything flows, everything changes - the ancient Greek philosopher Heraclitus said, and was absolutely right. Our life is like a river flowing out from somewhere to somewhere. We do not know yet its source, and it is not so important. The whole energy of our thoughts should be focused on the question “Where”. If we won't be able to give the direct and clear answer on this question now the question “Where from”, will not be relevant any more. There will be simply no one to be questioned because now just at the moment you are reading these lines "the river of human life" is rushing rapidly to the precipice. 
And now just now when you are reading these lines from you as well as from every inhabitant of the world depends if the catastrophe takes place in the very near future or we would be able to change the direction of flow and head "the flow of our live" to calmer and safer course. 
Someone tells us that we are wrong, that we exaggerate the threat, that we toll all the bells vainly. Maybe. 
And if we are right? If the moment of truth, which is to come confirms our rightness. Won’t it be too late? 
Maybe it is not safe to wait idly, hoping that «it will pass by», and to address changes in your life right now? Moreover, the projects that we offer, could really help us. 

Five fingers and palm - this is the hand, turning once a monkey in a man. Fingers, compressed in a fist - this is the first weapon that people applied. Raised fist is a symbol of threat and challenge. We are not going to protest, moreover to threaten somebody. 
Loosen your fist and hold on your palm our planet, our common homeland, which we are going to create. 
«Palm» - so we called the complex of projects, the main and the only purpose of which is creation and maintenance of the homeland - the combined state of the whole planet. 

IDEA - GOAL - INFORMATION - ACTION - RESULTS - stages of the cycle of changes, that are present in all types of human action. This is the single universal law of human development and it should not be neglected. All our projects are based on this very principle - WAYS. 

IDEA - is the destruction of «generally» truths and proposal of solutions of the problems that go beyond the patterns created by such truths. 
GOAL - is a shift from destruction to creation, structuring ideas, and making them tangible. An aim creates tools and, above all, energy for implementation ideas. 
Information - is the key to the implementation ideas. Goal - creates energy. The idea, which becames the heritage and the aim of many sums up their energy and combines it into a single stream of energy. 
Action is a gradual materialization of the idea, the construction, the real changes in the real world. 
Outcome is the final stage of this path, the goal of bringing pleasure, joy, happiness, that generates the following ideas. 

We invite you to travel along with us all the stages of this Way. 
Way, which we call PalmWay 
Our course is composed of five roads. They all lead to one goal, and they all intersect and complement each other, but, nevertheless, have its own features. 
The First Way – A Man. The second title of the section is «the road to yourself». In this section are composed projects for the development of domestic human potential, both in physical and intellectual direction. 
The second Way – A Society or « the road to the people». There are projects aimed at changing social relations, including economic ones. 
The Third Way - Habitats or «the road to harmony». In this section we will collect projects aimed at harmonizing the human environment and creating better, comfortable and safe environment of our everyday life. 
The Fourth Way - Nature or «the road to life». These projects focus primarily on the preservation and maintenance of animate and inanimate nature, which is under threat of unreasonable human activities. 
The Fifth Way - The Universe. «The road to wisdom» - projects aimed at changing the global collective thinking of mankind. 

All our projects are, in essence, the system of internal self government of the planetary State MotherLand. We are both the citizens of the State and its government at the same time. Every citizen has the right to make a project for discussion of community to form and to head a working group to implement it, using all information resources of the state. 
The main resource of our state is the intelligence of its citizens, and information networks that connect citizens with each other. The state has made and will make every effort to ensure that any information offered by any of the citizens, has become immediately accessible to all the citizens of the state. 

The algorithm of self government is following: 

  The starting point for the project’s functioning is an announcement of a problem and its brief description. 
  The next step is to discuss ways to tackle problems on the Web site (Forum) of the States. The term of discussion is not less than 30 days from the date of the appearance of problems. 
  After 30 days comes a stage of formation of the goal. To form a goal and specific means of its achieving can both - citizen who put a problem and any of the participants of a discussion. He also has the right to form and to head a working group to address this problem. In the implementation of any project may attend an unlimited number of working groups, but preference for dissemination of information the State will give to the group, which involved a larger number of participants. 
  A team leader has the right to engage in the group any number of persons as the citizens of the state and its guests (subject to registration). 
  Working groups are addressing the issue through coordinated physical action of a team leader. The only prerequisite for such actions is their non-violence. 
  Results of Action are out at the forum in the course of work. Discussion of the problem does not end with the beginning of the formation of working groups. 



 

The First way – a Person

In the time of the Roman Empire the average life expectancy of the average man was 22 years. In medieval Europe, this figure had risen to 33 years. Since 1840 in Europe, then in the United States and other developed countries, life expectancy increased annually by an average of three months and now reaches 74 years. Nevertheless, this apparent progress is actually a threat, because the extension of life is achieved largely through the extension of aging. It is believed that life is determined by evolution. 
Question: What can we do to not just for the extension of the duration of life, but its activity, including reproduction (the ability to reproduce offspring). In other words it is not just a quantitative increase in the duration of life, but, on improving its quality, specifically - to slow the aging process. 
The continuation of this issue is to increase and the quantity and quality of life in the so-called developing countries. What do we need to do? 


World, is fighting hunger, while suffering from obesity. Approximately 20% of the world's population suffer from regular malnutrition. Approximately the same number of people is suffering from obesity. And the first and the second is the cause of many illnesses that reduce life. The first and the second phenomenon is more likely in countries with underdeveloped economies (excluding the U.S.). Experts attributed this fact to the urbanization of the planet and the increased level of stress. But this is only conjecture. What happens in reality, nobody knows for sure. The fact is, only one - the imbalance in nutrition of most of the world's population. A possible solution may be in changing the structure of nutrition and moving to a different high-quality products, processing of food, new food standards etc. 
Question: how fundamentally alter the food base for all mankind, what to do and what resources to use? 



 

The Second way - Society

On May the 28, 2003 at 18.17 Napoleon Beazley was announced dead. Texas Council for application and liberation refused to modify Court's decision on the death of this man to life imprisonment. Before the execution Beazley said: «What I have done and what led me here was not only abhorrent but also senseless act. But today, we declare to the whole world, that justice does not give the man a second chance ... Tonight, you’ll tell your children that in some cases, murder is allowed ». At the time of committing crime Beazley was 17 years old, after committing crime, he repented. 
According to a poll Gallup Institute 74% of Americans support death penalty. 
In October 2002, in Iran, five men were charged in a series of attacks on women. Their bodies were raised on mobile cranes and moved through the streets of the city. One of the women who drove specially to see this penalty, said to the agency «Reuters»: «I felt relieved when I saw it. It is Good,that men see it. After that they may cease to molest women ». During the execution many people in the crowd enthusiastically applauded. 
In 1985 there was the execution of James Rolerson charged with the murder of a policeman 
officer. It was attended by 70 police officers. They marked the execution with champagne and applause. A woman who voluntarily presented at execution announced to reporters that she had come to such events three times, and that would be happy to continue to do so, because it is «interesting». 
In doing so, statistics and experts in one voice say that the death penalty does not in any way change the level of crime. 
Question: What can we do to create a fundamentally different, not applying irreversible or destroying the identity measures for maintenance of social justice? 

Each cow in the European Union receives a daily subsidy of $2.5, thus 75% of Africans are forced to live on less per day. 20% of the world's population suffer from hunger. 
Commenting this fact the EU Commissioner Franz Fischler said: "What next? Criticising governments for spending public money on hospital beds, costly noise protection walls or fancy trees in parks instead of sending it to Africa? Societies around the world must have the right to choose which public goods and services are important to them." 
Question: What can we do to overcome selfishness and create public awareness that humanity does not consist from separate «societies», whose choices are limited, but from unified system in which all the people are connected by the commonality of origin and the future?


Each year, the world's 3 million women are physically abused by their husbands or boyfriends. In other words, each one of three women over her life is regularly beaten. In Russia, men kill each year from 12 to 14 thousand women (approximately every 43 minutes). One of the Russian doctors, who is allowed to conduct medical research in this area, among the reasons of this situation names brutal history of Russia. According to Yuri Pigolkin, «Society is very aggressive in many ways because of the fact that one war turns another. This creates a type of citizen, for whom the principles of conduct is based primarily on aggression and violence as socially acceptable. 
Question: how to overcome the cult of war and militancy, which exists in our society? 



 

The Third way – Habitat

In industrialized countries average person eats in a year on the average 6-7 kilograms of food additives. A typical sandwich with ham contains not less than 13 additives with a number E upon the classification and are included in the product with different, sometimes even bizarre goals. They act as emulsifiers, agents that facilitate processing of the raw materials, stabilizers and pH regulators. Chips contain taste amplifiers, in particular, monosodium glutamate and disodium 5-ribonukleotid. As for the fizzy drink, it really contains orange juice (about 8%), but above all-fruktozny glucose syrup, sugar, aspartame and saccharin, preservatives, flavorings, color additives, and so-called cloud (stabilizer E1450). 
But live strawberries and strawberry flavors, consisting of dozens of chemical components, it is not the same. All food additives is a distortion of the natural taste. But this is not just about freedom of choice. We absolutely do not know even how food additives affect human health (in fact, clinical studies require time at least comparable to the duration of human life), but do not know how to affect the massive use of this kind of substances affect human heredity and the environment. 
Question: how to teach people ignoring short-term benefit be more responsible to ourselves and to the Environment part of which we all are?

August 17 1896 44-year-old Bridget Driskoll became the first victim who died under the wheels of the car. Since then, in a car accidents on the roads died some 25 million people. If today’s growth rate of death does not change, every year on the roads will die 1.17 million people - two victims in a minute, and another 10 million people in a year will become disabled or get seriously injured, after accidents on the roads.
Question: What can we do to change fundamentally the transportation system on the planet, making it safer and more gentle to the environment. 





 

The Fourth Way - Nature

Only the people of America every hour ravage 2.5 million plastic bottles. All this leads to the fact that a huge amount of packaging materials are in the rubbish bin. Humans consume, and consuming produce waste. Archaeologists regularly find scrap-heap the age of which is thousands of years, and what our forefathers preferred to throw away, often becomes a kind of historical monuments. At the end of the XIX century U.S. officials began to express serious concern about the debris, which the residents emptied. An account of officer in charge of Public Health in 1889 showed that the «suitable for waste areas each year are becoming increasingly rare and perhaps soon we will face the question of use other methods of waste treatment». And these words were written long before the invention of a single-blade (1895), paper towels (1907) or a paper cup for drinking water. 
Released glass bottle «lives» one million years. Plastic bag - from 500 to 1000 years. Plastic bottles - from 500 to 1000 years. Aluminum - 80 to 200 years, but scientists estimated that in 2004 alone in the world have been buried in landfills around 55 billion aluminum cans. Cigarette, butts - from 1 to 5 years. A great number of smokers make cigarette butts particularly dangerous for the environment. Newspaper - 2-4 weeks. Apple Stump - 1-2 months, food waste, finding themselves in a landfill under a thick layer of earth and waste are decomposed also quite slow. At the very slow «scenario» they are decomposed only by 50% every 20 years. 
Using existing technologies can be processed 40% of paper, 17% of solid household waste, 8% and 7% of plastic food waste. 
Question: What can we do to learn to live in the landfill, which will soon become our planet? Or else: what can we do to ensure that this did not happen?
